Looking for an experienced Program Manager with extensive Contracting Office experience to support the Administrative Office of the US Courts, the administrative arm of the Federal Judiciary. This work will be on a Project by Project basis as-needed; duration of the first Project to be approximately 4 months of intermittent full-time and part-time work, with the possibility of follow on work later.
Job Responsibilities:
Project 1: Our Program Manager will lead a team of experts in developing a training program for AOUSC’s Procurement Management Division (PMD) acquisition workforce. Our Team will use a list of high level competencies and map these competencies to recommended training courses for development of employee knowledge. We will also research and identify the external and internal training sources for the recommended training courses. Our Team will also interview the acquisition workforce and draft a training model for AOUSC/PMD’s acquisition workforce employees to follow that includes strategies for implementation, communication and follow-up.
